The customer must verify the content and the condition of the products. He must check the condition of the products delivered before signing the acknowledgement of receipt of the package.

After 10 working days, claims are not accepted and the products will be considered checked and verified by the customer.
Comply with the descriptions and/or models provided by the seller, equipped with the qualities and performances that the customer can reasonably expect from a product of that type and complete with all accessories, components or other products or elements made part of the product or with this product or with in all senses.

Worn parts, dams, scratches and scraped paint are not caused for replacement and will not be recognized as covered by the warranty, because they result from normal use in particular, as regards a default, freezer or dishwasher, will make the warranty void.
As regards QuyCup in bamboo fiber, general wear, including (but not limited to) the change of colors and materials over time, is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Garanzia

Il cliente è altresì tenuto a verificare immediatamente l’integrità e la funzionalità dei prodotti acquistati e a comunicare eventuali problemi o difetti entro i 10 giorni successivi alla consegna.

Trascorsi 10 giorni dalla consegna, senza che sia pervenuta la denuncia di vizi o difetti, i prodotti si considereranno controllati dal cliente.

Per accettazione alla consegna: come da contratto e giudicati in buono stato, idonei all’uso normale per prodotti di quel tipo o comunque all’uso pattuito, conformi alle descrizioni e/o ai modelli forniti dal venditore, dotati delle qualità e prestazioni che il cliente può ragionevolmente aspettarsi da un prodotto di quel tipo e completi di tutti gli accessori, componenti o altri prodotti o elementi facenti parte del prodotto o con questi imballati in tutti i sensi.

Parti usurate, ammaccature, graffi e vernice scheggiata non sono causa di sostituzione e non saranno riconosciute come coperte dalla garanzia, poiché derivano dall’uso normale in particolare, per quanto riguarda QuyCup Zero, qualsiasi eventuale deformazione o difetto derivante dal collocare i prodotti nel congelatore o in lavastoviglie, renderà nulla la garanzia.
Per quanto riguarda la QuyCup in fibra di bamboo, l’usura generale, compresa (ma non limitata a) il cambiamento dei colori e materiali nel tempo, non è considerata un difetto di fabbricazione.
